- ‘Group Availability Rules’ define one of three choices of rules - ‘Definitely Available’, ‘Might be Available’ and ‘Not Available’
- Reservations appear in the main ‘Vehicle Allocation Chart’ and ‘Daily Diary’ screens
- Reservation Requests (as defined by the ‘Group Availability Rules’) are ‘Accepted’ or ‘Rejected’ by the Prohire operator
